The company is the epitome of great customer service. 2 of my beautiful persian rugs had been damaged in storage.I had no idea how to clean and restore them. So glad I found Persico! Hamed offered excellent customer service and knowledge of how to repair them. He made my rugs look like new and I will only use him from now on! He even took extra time to go above and beyond to repair ends that were unraveling. The result was stunning and price very acceptable. I highly recommended!!
