We have a large Kerman rug that Hossein and Dawn picked up, cleaned, repaired and replaced the fringe on. Daniel and Sadegh delivered it to us last week, explaining exactly what had been done to restore its beauty and function. (They were involved in the repair process as well.) We couldn't be happier with the results. This establishment far exceeds regular customer service. They kept us informed of the different stages of repair with pictures and updates.
