The owners of PRG Rugs, Sy and Fouad Mahfuz are welcoming, friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable. They’re supportive but definitely not pushy. The selection is very large - and beautiful. You can choose from new or antique rugs and from modern or traditional designs. There is a price range for everyone. They also offer rug cleaning and repair. Customer service is superb.
Thank you so much Fouad for all the help in finding me the perfect rug for my living room. It took two days but you stuck with me without frustration on your part. Again, you’re the best!!!

Persian Rug Gallery picked up my rugs for cleaning. The delivery man noticed my beautiful antique lamp shade was dangling by the wire. I told him many people have tried to fix it but no one has been successful. He offered to fix it. It took him about 5 minutes. He refused money. The quality of people hired speaks volumes about the owners. That has been one of my life rules “look at the staff if you want to know about the owners”. I am now a loyal PRG customer.

The experience was wonderful. From the history, the selection, the ability to take rugs home to try them in my home, to the smile that greets you when you return. Sy, Fou and the PRG family are unmatched.
I have a couple of rugs from PRG. Today I had an appointment for them to pick up one rug to clean. The guys who came were on time, professional, and friendly. Offered to rearrange my room for me to accommodate furniture without rug. I think the "on time" issue pleased me the most. One more reason why I like this company!!!!
