Their packaged ground beef labelled "Lean" is absolutely perfect for home made smash burgers. Likely a true 80/20 and quality is better than anything from a grocery store... even better than Two Rivers ground beef for burgers.
Purchased marinated lamb chops and beef cubes, they were absolutely delicious and tender. Inside is clean and staff are very friendly. Highly recommend.
