I lived at Pershing Hill Lofts for 4 years and loved it! It was fun to be within walking distance of downtown. My corner of the building was so quiet I hardly knew there were other tenants.

After scheduling a viewing of the property, I asked for clarification on where we should meet. They never answered, but I went at the scheduled time, anyway. They never showed up or returned my messages. Also, there was vomit on the ground outside the entrance. Not a good look.

Current resident and absolutely loving it! The units are fantastic, in-unit washers and dryers and the new utilities are so nice to have. It's in a safe area and the building is secure so I always feel comfortable. Plus its basically only a block away from all the great stuff downtown Davenport has to offer and is pet friendly! 10/10 would recomend.

I have been living here for the past few months and love my place! The open and spacious floor plan is wonderful and there are a lot of good neighbors in the building. They have a friendly and responsive property management team as well. Plus being close to the downtown area life where you’re within walking distance or short drive down the street has been nice for me and my family....lots of things to do.
