UPDATE: This Vet has closed FYI === Vets I feel get bum rap when it comes to reviews. We love our pets and only want the best for them. And when they're in pain, it's particularly difficult. But the reality is, no one loves your pet more than you. Not even the best, 5 star rated vet. This review is based on both a negative and positive visit. They shut down with no warning and kept the prepaid deposit that I made for my cat's checkup that they never did.
THEY SHUT DOWN WITHOUT NOTICE!!! I have been absolutely happy with this clinic for 6 months. Great care and amazing staff and vet. Then they shut down without notice on the 11th of August. Just few days before they confirmed my appointment at the end of the month for getting an international health certificate, which is mandatory to enter EU borders. Amazing they did a great job on my dog coco she needed her eye removed and now she seems so happy and the staff are amazing the veteran called and talk to me and let me know all my options
The staff and vet were absolutely wonderful. Very kind, empathetic, and accommodating when diagnosing Rex with a terminal illness. They held him like he was their own and gave us time and space to process what was happening. Will absolutely return with our other cats for treatments and checkups. Edit - they closed down the hospital without notifying anyone. Showed up with a cat in a carrier to a locked establishment with a sign saying they are closed indefinitely.
