Exceptional customer service and quality! This is the first review I’ve ever written on google for a business. My partner and I stopped by today, to look for a rug but also to kill some time. Behrooz gave us the single best customer service I’ve ever had. Honestly, when we first saw the prices of some of the rugs, we were put off a little bit. I have purchased a few rugs from Mr. Behrooz and I love them all. He gives excellent customer service, he is very friendly and most of will show you many rugs with a smile on his face all the time. When you go there you will be very happy with his service!

Great rug buying experience, we will be back for more rugs. Behrooz is incredibly knowledgeable about rugs, letting us know the exact cities and villages where each rug was from. He pointed out beautiful motifs within each unique rug and helped us sort through the store’s extensive collection of rugs until we found the one. He knew which rugs would be better for kids and which were better for less trafficked areas. He never pressured us, and he wanted to make sure we loved the rug we ended up with.
