Hello, Our pets have been patients of Perryville Pet Hospital (PPH) for years now. We were referred to them by another family member that’s been taking their pets there for years as well. Our one-year-old cat, Furry, had a bad infection for awhile there and we couldn’t figure out why this was happening or what we could do. I was happy to bring my dogs to Perryville Pet Hospital based on the good reviews I read. However, I was very disappointed with the service. While I was on the phone with the veterinarian she kept getting interrupted by someone. I was not able to get all of my questions answered, because it was time for them to close, so my conversation had to abruptly end. Dr.Verace has always been our vet with the dogs we've had throughout the years. she was my dad's vet for his elderly poodle. She went above and beyond and helped find funding. Dinah had Cushing disease. The constant monitoring was very expensive. Dr. Verace and I had many great end of life conversations. Benefit vs Burden talks. You helped us out when it was time for our Hank to cross the rainbow bridge. You were kind and helpful and thoughtful. We received a card today as well signed by all the staff. We can’t thank you enough.
I am ever so thankful to the entire staff at Perryville Pet Hospital. When others wouldn't help, you guys said come in and you took care of our Hank when he needed it most. The pawprint was lovely, but the card we received today was above and beyond. Everyone signed it and wrote a little something, even though you didn't know Hank. You guys really care about animals, and it shows.
