One measure of a company is whether the quality and service is provided at a fair price and done well. The second test is what happens when something isn't perfect. Perrysburg Asphalt has done our drive several times with nice results. We had them seal our drive again this year. I contacted them because of a few thin spots in the application. I am so disappointed! This is the worst service ever. I would give them 0 stars if I could. My driveway is still cracked as if they had poured water. I’m including pictures for you to see.
Spent over $5,000 sealing and striping a parking lot 1 year ago. Looks like it was never touched. I used to use this company for all of my parking lots. Not anymore.
We paid $2700 for a new driveway a year ago and it already has a crack all the way down the middle. They did come out to try and fix it but it didn’t work. I was told it would look like a new driveway again but it just looks like a driveway with a huge patch job. I’ve tried several times to get a hold of a supervisor who will help me and I cannot get a call back from anyone who will attempt to address my concern further. Not impressed with the customer service or the job done and would not recommend.
