Received a final violation for street parking, never received a previous violation. Was always told there was no overnight street parking but during the day was ok. Tried to go to the office to inquire and at 4:50 the office was already closed. So people are not allowed to park on the street to visit? Never once was there an issue before , also tried looking in the Community rules but the box outside the office is empty

Iv lived here for a couple years now (with my brother) and this is the first year iv had my own place here and the new park manager is hardly in the office when she is supposed to be when the office is supposed to be which makes it really hard to get in contact with management when they are not in the office and I get off work @3:30 and she doesn’t even let people know when she will not be in the office like Jill did which makes trying to talk to management is a pain in the ass. I really like it here. Been living here for a few years now and a BIG improvement from when Renee was in charge. Renee did not care what so ever about what people did in the community. She wouldn't enforce any of the rules that the community has. Water was always going out do to pumps going out, or water lines breaking. She would claim that it was fixed but a day or two later same ordeal again.
