Horrible manager!!!!! They fired Jill and hired this Amber Binder. She hasn't even been a manager here for six months and she has let this once highly praised community go to shit!!!! I wouldn't even recommend this living area to a homeless person. She is "power hungry" and thinks that she can get away with anything. On top of that, she doesn't even live in the community so she literally has ZERO CLUE on what is going on here. I've lived here for 8 years now, Jill gray is by far the best manager we've had. She and Brady are pleasant to talk to, the only issue I've had isn't with her, but with choice/ umh. When I bought out here, I was always promised a new drive way, I'm still waiting 8 years later. Update:: still no new driveway, for the 3rd year in a row rent went up 30.00 More. Called about seeing what all they had available and the woman Hailey hung up on me. I tried calling back and she ignored my call. Very professional. LMAO
Received a final violation for street parking, never received a previous violation. Was always told there was no overnight street parking but during the day was ok. Tried to go to the office to inquire and at 4:50 the office was already closed. So people are not allowed to park on the street to visit? Never once was there an issue before , also tried looking in the Community rules but the box outside the office is empty
