Perry answered my emergency call right away on sunday night. He assisted me over the phone on how to shut off the water turning my emergency into a simple repair call from my pil burner company. He is the best!

I was temporarily staying at my parents house where we ran into a toilet/plumbing issue. We called Perry at 9pm. He quickly called us back and offered to come that night if it wasn’t an emergency or first thing in the morning. We opted for the morning, where he communicated thoroughly on his arrival time and gave us updates when dealing with Ryder Cup traffic (we live in Farmingdale and this was during Ryder Cup weekend at Bethpage Black).
