Purchased a home in 2021 that was inspected by Perry's. The inspection on paper seemed very thorough. Simple things wrong like insulation in attic was allowing pooling of water, or improper coupling used to vent water heater. Both things that were part of the house for atleast a decade before I bought it. The things he failed to mention were part of a shoddy addition that was built onto the back of the home. Shady. Basic and does stuff that you don't ask to tack on more charges. Won't recommend. :Update, called me shortly after I left this review saying I left a nasty review and a keyboard warrior. Saying it was free. Nothing in life is free. Didn't ask for it don't want it. Now it's a 0/5
