Jeff inspected a house we were interested in and saved us from a lemon! He was professional, very kind, and very detailed and thorough with his work. We will absolutely be hiring him for any future inspections

Jeff did an incredibly thorough job as well as giving us needed contextual info and advice. He was not afraid to point out major details and emphasize those over smaller defects, despite going into extreme detail about both for our report. He also helped us reach a decision not to move forward with a house that would have been a money pit, despite the homeowner being involved heavily in the real estate industry of the area, which really showed integrity. We'll definitely be going back to him for any further inspection needs.
