My husband and I chose Perry's home inspection to inspect our first home purchase and we are very happy with the results. SCAMMER!! He’s inspected two houses I was selling, the first he turned the water on and never turned it off and said he couldn’t get it, It made a huge mess and I got $400 water bill, when city came they got it shut off no problem (without breaking my valve which is more than I can say for this guy). Then to add insult to injury he straight up lied to me about it saying it was only a slow drip when he left, ABSOLUTE BULL. Jeff was extremely helpful and friendly. He was very patient and took the time to answer all of our questions and concerns while inspecting the property. His report was very detailed and easy to understand. I would highly recommend his services.
This guy is an ABSOLUTE SCAMMER. Lawyers and buyers love him because he goes in there and lies through his teeth about stuff being broken for no other reason than to get more bargaining leverage for his clients based on absolute lies.
