Fraudsters . Didn’t even check properly , insisted that the compressor has gone and better to replace the hvac system . New one would cost 4000 and to repair would cost 3000. Kept saying Goodman is a cheap air conditioner . Got a second opinion and just had to replace the capacitor and it worked like a charm . Need the refund of 80$ service fee you charged and tried to scam me . Not worth even the half star. Will never recommend this contractor again .

Perry & Louis came out to help us when our heater was rumbling really loudly. They diagnosed the issue and fixed it in under 5 minutes. Both technicians we're friendly and professional. We'll definitely give them a call if we have any issues again with heating and cooling.

We have Choice Warranty and Perry's was sent for service call 8.17.22. He said he moved the outdoor thermostat and said to leave fan on all the time. The thermostat still registered 106 on 85 degree day, so I called, texted and no one got nack to me. Our electric bill was still over $300 this month.
