Worked with Jeff to get the estimate and was very pleased with the explanation of the different heating/cooling systems. The installation guys were great - very friendly and went right to work. Robert was there to teach how the unit worked and explained how it worked. Thanks again for the fast response, install and follow up calls.
The service men came the same day that our furnace stopped working. They had installed the furnace 23 years ago for us and now gave us options to fix or replace it. We decided to replace. Although they couldn’t replace it over the weekend (the furnace stopped working on a Friday), they made sure we had plenty of space heaters to keep us warm over the weekend. Absolutely wonderful service! Last year we had a leak with our air unit and they came the same day we called to fix it! This year we upgraded our air unit & furnace after it went out during this last heat wave. My fiance called and asked how soon they could come due to it being 85 degrees inside our house, and they came THE NEXT DAY and replaced both units for us. Would highly recommend to anybody looking or in need!
