Unprofessional!! Bad Client Services. My mother was a client but went into the hospital. During this time she lost her Medicaid. Once reinstated, the company said they don’t have any providers. I was told today by her caseworker that they don’t want to service my mother even though she has been reinstated. They allegedly closed her case due to my sister but they never reached out to any of her other children. Just left her without care.
