The front office staff and the MA Desia were all friendly, kind and attentive. This was in stark contrast to the physician. He was aloof, abrupt and had poor listening skills. This was my first visit with him. No history was taken. The physical exam consisted of about a 30 second listen to my heart and lungs. He was completely focused on my lab work, mainly my cholesterol.
