I couldn't believe it !! I had one of my men over there trying to get supplies to help one of our customers out on a Friday afternoon. My guy had plenty on his company credit card to handle the transaction. The staff member their kept telling my technician that the card wasn't going through. It was about an $800 purchase In just miscellaneous materials, we need it! They refuse to try to run the card any other way. Manually entering it in perhaps?
