Moved into the building in June after relocating to the Richmond area. My girlfriend and I were looking for a nice building- but couldn't afford the Richmond rents. Perry Street Lofts is a great value. Paul (the manager) was very helpful with my move-in. He even gave my girlfriend a tour of the unit on facetime when she was out of town.
This probably the best example of the worst management of properties in Virginia. I have live here in the building for three years seen more drugs, empty booze bottles, dog crap, poor customer than in all my rental experiences. There are so many change on monthly basis it is nearly impossible to calculate any of your expenses. They tow residents on weekends and don't reimburse the cost. The apartment is very nice and has all bills included except for electricity. There is a workout center which is nice also, but lots of machines do not work. The walls are very thin and You will hear your neighbors and people talking in hallway. We hear everything our upstairs neighbors do.
