I've been at this property several years, and I was quite pleased and planning on staying indefinitely. However, when the previous management team was bought out and replaced by GoldOller property management about 6 months ago, it has been one problem after another. There was problems when they first started. Our apartment portal (where maintence,rent, and most everything was handled) was non functional for over a month (yes that meant we couldn't pay rent online until it was fixed).
