Decent place even though I only stayed a month and transferred. Low parking lot exit that will damage your car if you are not careful. Do not expect the gate to work if that is a deal breaker for you as they just claim to fix it and probably never will. They will claim that they are ordering parts that are delayed and that’s why it isn’t fixed. Charged 50 for parking when it’s just a gravel driveway with literal logs of wood to signal where cars go. It’s kinda not worth it if your car isn’t even protected by a secure gate.
I have stayed at the Perry Street Flats for 3 years now and it has been the best decision ever. Very safe area and it’s nearby everything, including the riverfront. Also, management are flexible and understanding. I’m grateful!
