Would not recommend Perry Pools for service on hot tubs. Their customer service on "service" is awful and so is their follow up and manners. Booked an apt that was six weeks out from the call (for a follow up to something they missed on the initial service call). On the day of the apt., I hadn't heard anything from them. So, I called them and they said: "oh yea, our service tech called out sick and I haven't got around to calling you". Said they would call back to reschedule. Ryan was very helpful. I cracked the collar joining my pump to the filter and then cracked the connection on the filter side. Ryan cut a new 2 foot piece of hose and found new connectors for both the Hayward pump side and the sand filter side. He’s the man!!! I thought I was going to have to wait a week for parts, Ryan had me on my way with everything I needed in less than 20 minutes.
great people i showed up 10 minutes to closing and the man (sorry bad with names) but he helped me out of the problem and stayed 20 to 30 minutes after they closed and great on prices
