Good for pools and spas and parts.
We couldn’t be happier with our pool and hot tub! In comparison to other competitors in the area the price at Perry was the best and the quality and customer service was excellent too. Everyone there was very friendly and helpful throughout the entire process. Thanks so much Ben, John, Jenna, the crew, and anyone who helped us you guys are wonderful!!!
I selected Perry Pools after receiving several estimates from their competitors. I was sold on the in-depth product knowledge, professionalism, and engaging and positive attitude of every employee. They did not disappoint. Would not recommend Perry Pools for service on hot tubs. Their customer service on "service" is awful and so is their follow up and manners. Booked an apt that was six weeks out from the call (for a follow up to something they missed on the initial service call). On the day of the apt., I hadn't heard anything from them. So, I called them and they said: "oh yea, our service tech called out sick and I haven't got around to calling you". Said they would call back to reschedule.
