Ryan was very helpful. I cracked the collar joining my pump to the filter and then cracked the connection on the filter side. Ryan cut a new 2 foot piece of hose and found new connectors for both the Hayward pump side and the sand filter side. He’s the man!!! I thought I was going to have to wait a week for parts, Ryan had me on my way with everything I needed in less than 20 minutes.
great people i showed up 10 minutes to closing and the man (sorry bad with names) but he helped me out of the problem and stayed 20 to 30 minutes after they closed and great on prices

Would not recommend using them parts they have no clue of what they are doing. you would think people that deal with pools on a daily basis would be able to get you the right part or know if it is available. after 2 trips they told us the part is not available we even had the old part with us to show them what we needed.
