Gentlemen from maintance was super friendly and helpful! I believe his name was Anthony. Called me and let me know he was coming and got my air working quick after a part went out. Best maintenance guy I’ve dealt with at the property.
Don't recommend unless you enjoy waking up at 9am every other monday to loud unnecessary banging noises and/or lawnmowers EVERY WEEK. Or having rent go up 10-20$ per year. Or having bug infestations, broken outdated appliances. Washers run cold, dryers need double dry time(it's not free). Maintenance isn't great at properly solving issues.
The maintenance team showed up the same day. I was very impressed.
Perry Place is a really great community. The management team is super helpful and every interaction is always good, especially Kellie. She’s very nice!
