Things were great—until they weren’t. We lived here for three years and were nothing short of amazing tenants. Rent paid on time every month, pet rent paid every month. We dealt with summers of no working AC—95 degrees inside—along with loud, inconsiderate neighbors and constant rent increases, all while our unit slowly deteriorated.
