The worst. Elevators down for 3mo. 108 steps,everyday x2. No response from owner or management. Basically said oh, well, deal with it. My area is dirty and the ceiling leaked and continues to leak…. My place is pretty cool but I need to dump vinegar into the toilet monthly, to stop black mold, kitchen smells sometimes?.. Getting more loud and unsightly. Told management. Perry Payne may appear as an affordable place to live, but you pay the price in other ways. The on-site maintenance team here is amazing, but the management is not. These are issues I’ve experienced in the past year alone: fires in neighboring units and the alarms not going off in the blinding exacerbated by windows sealed shut so no ventilation was possible; complete lack of security and known times that people break into the building and camp out in the gym; both elevators are unreliable - be prepared to for your unit to b... read more
It's very peaceful here And I love ❤️ the 🐕 pet dogs in here But it's really expensive to live here
I am a current resident of Perry Payne and I have no complaints. The building is cleaned regularly, maintenance request are filled quickly (I’ve never waited more than a day). The building is quiet and Susan in the leasing office is amazing. The location is awesome with everything in walking distance. I frequently utilize the free downtown trolley that takes me right to my office (which I catch right outside the front door of the building ). Constantino’s market is a 5 min walk.
