Perry Payne may appear as an affordable place to live, but you pay the price in other ways. The on-site maintenance team here is amazing, but the management is not. It's very peaceful here And I love ❤️ the 🐕 pet dogs in here But it's really expensive to live here
I am a current resident of Perry Payne and I have no complaints. The building is cleaned regularly, maintenance request are filled quickly (I’ve never waited more than a day). The building is quiet and Susan in the leasing office is amazing. The location is awesome with everything in walking distance. I frequently utilize the free downtown trolley that takes me right to my office (which I catch right outside the front door of the building ). Constantino’s market is a 5 min walk. I took a self guided tour and after the tour i met susan (leasing agent) and she helped me by answering my questions and i needed an apartment that has plank flooring she showed me an apartment that is still under renewal even though its not ready and took her time explaining everything. She was really nice and helpful. Thanks for the taking care.
