I was in need of a short term corporate suite for a few weeks in January, and Perry Payne was so accommodating! The apartment was fully furnished, nicely appointed kitchen with all necessary items and the layout was perfect to get work done while I was there. The staff is really friendly and greeted me everytime they saw me, by name! If you are looking for a furnsihed short term rental Perry Payne is the way to go!
Place is great so far! Very nice building, super friendly staff and always willing to help. The amenities are great, especially the gym and rooftop! The studio apartments are very nice - the layout is very neat and almost makes it feel like a 1 BR, with a separate living and dining room space.
I’ve been new to the downtown area for 6 months. My daughter is a student at CSU so we wanted something close and affordable. Perry Payne has been fantastic. I was concerned about large apartment living and “sharing space” but it has exceeded my expectations. We have much more privacy than expected. I’ve been here for years and have loved my units - huge windows and tall ceilings! Great location in downtown; it’s super convenient. The leasing agent Jacey is very knowledgeable, approachable, and always willing to help. Maintenance is quick as well!
The worst. Elevators down for 3mo. 108 steps,everyday x2. No response from owner or management. Basically said oh, well, deal with it. My area is dirty and the ceiling leaked and continues to leak…. My place is pretty cool but I need to dump vinegar into the toilet monthly, to stop black mold, kitchen smells sometimes?.. Getting more loud and unsightly. Told management.
