Dr Ng was perfect. Congenial, professional, very well-versed with my issue. Dr Ng explained many things to me, answered any and all questions I asked and took time so I didn’t feel rushed at all. His knowledge was most appreciated.
Dr.Ng was thorough in explaining my images to me, and answered my questions. He made his explanations clear and I was able to understand and then ask the questions that were on my mind. It is not easy getting older, it happens to us all eventually.
From his friendly nurse/technician, Veronica was very efficient and thorough. Dr. Ng going over my pictures, which was fascinating to see and walked me out down the hall .We shook hands looked each other in the eyes, and I told him how much I appreciated him. I really liked the vibe of the Hospital!.
Dr Ng is so kind. He answered all my questions and put me at ease. He spent time getting to know about me not just my medical issue. Highly recommend
