I came here for a routine visit for glasses/ contacts. They recommended a dry eye exam with their expert and at the conclusion of that, the doctor and staff were encouraging me to get a laser treatment for a condition I was unaware I had. The brochure they provided me stated the laser was "cosmetic" and would not be covered by insurance and they had preemptively calculated installments I could pay. I declined to return as it sounded shady and unnecessary to me.

Dr Reed actually explains what the problem is and also what the treatment is and why. I am solidly in favor of making my own health decisions and when the doctor gives me the facts and discusses treatment with me, it is possible. Dr Reed is great at that.
Dr Reed is the only dry eye specialist in all of Northern Utah. He has been taking great care of my dry eyes!
I'm seeing Dr. Reed for dry eye treatment. He has the state of the art Lumenis Optilight machine and has received training by a renowned dry eye specialist Laura Periman, MD. Dr. Reed carefully explained each step of his screening for dry eye and his treatment plan for me. He is kind, patient and an expert in the field. If you suffer from dry eye, Dr. Reed is the eyecare specialist to see!
