I have been a loyal customer here for years and always trusted them with my glasses, which is why this experience was so disappointing. My most recent pair scratched extremely easily and did not resist smudging at all. I paid for scratch-resistant, smudge-resistant, and blue-light-resistant lenses - the same upgrades I’ve purchased before ,yet the quality was noticeably worse. Dr. Reed is absolutely amazing! I have struggled with dry eyes and keratoconus problems for almost two years now. I have spent thousands on treatments and things to bandage the problem. I have done everything from steroid drops, heating masks, tea tree wipes, expensive drops like Cequa (When not feeling improvement to be told it takes 2-4 months to start working. I was so impressed with Dr. Pew at Perry Eye Care. He spent a lot of time with me. He was VERY thorough and knowledgeable. He is easy to talk to and has a very pleasant personality. The staff was very nice and helpful. I highly recommend this office to those seeking great eyecare!
