I have been going to Perry for over 14 years and was always happy with their service. However, when I call now, you can't get through. You are passed onto Enercare (1 800). I call Enercare and some * from another country answers the phone. Not here in Canada! Everytime I call during business hours, I get another country. I want to speak to the company I am calling and who I have been dealing with for 14 years ! A human being in the field that can answer me serious questions prior to booking the call. We had a very pleasant experience with Perry Mechanical. The sales representative, and the installation crew for our new furnace and air conditioner was handled very professionally. Ron from sales came out to the house and explained everything in great detail about the units we were purchasing for the installation. With his near 30 years of experience, Ron's knowledge of the products he was selling, and setting up for the installation made us feel comfortable from the start.
