HORRIBLE management, can’t get mailed delivered to place of residence because of thieves in your own building smh and while they have cameras they claim to not be responsible then advise u to pay for a mail hub or even go as far as getting mail sent to someone else’s residence even when it is NOT mentioned in the lease! The building on 7037 S Chappel has a roach infestation. I complained about it multiple times and they sent an exterminator only twice despite me calling in at least 5 times. The heating was also some bs because my apartment would be freezing during winter and I told them this and they didn’t care. I called the city and the guy who came to check it out told me to withhold rent until they got it together which they never did (surprise, surprise). I spent months complaining about lack of adequate heating in the winter (the temp went as low as 50 degrees inside the place when it was velow zero outside) and a bug problem that went unaddressed until I moved out. The only reason why they have tenants is hecause they take section 8, I’m pretty sure I’m the only person in the building who was market pay and that’s why no one was upset about the situation the way I was. It's a rip off. They charge application fees and then don't do an official background check. They took 2 WEEKS to approve me, said they were verifying my income. Meanwhile they had my W-2 , paystubs, and a website to search me on (gov employee) the process took 2 WHOLE WEEKS. if you have any experience renting you know the standard is within 24-72 hours at the MOST.
