he Perry Law Firm has helped me from when I first started my business in 2005 to the present. They have always been there when I need them and given great advice. If I need a contract reviewed they get it back to me quickly and I know my interests are protected. If a customer fails to pay they find a way to get me paid without having to file a lawsuit or spend a bunch of money. They’ve done a great job for us.
Five years ago our property manager advised us to work with Perry Law Firm to help our HOA collect an outstanding delinquency from a home owner. Our understanding was that Perry would be paid as a percentage of what they collected from the delinquency. Perry never collected a cent for years, useless, yet they charged our HOA account fees, adding up to thousands of dollars.
