Great staff! Great atmosphere! I can assure you that Dr. Jones has not committed fraud of any kind. He may live in a big fancy house, but that doesn't mean that he got it because of finance charges, come on! He has worked hard for many years. Not everyone is going to get along with every single dentist or agree with every charge, but it is a competative market!
The Real Sarah G. I do not believe his personal life has ANYTHING to do with how he practices dentistry. "Sarah G", I know who you really are, and I think it's very sad to slander a man to try and ruin his business just because you have beef with him. Ruining him means ruining your son's future as well. Think about it.
Greatest Dentist in Seattle! I am married and the father of 8 children. I have been with Dr. Jones since I was a pre-teen, and I just turned 50. My wife and all of our kids see Dr. Jones. He's removed wisdom teeth, capped teeth, crowns, you name it. We have always been 100% satisfied with the care we receive with Dr. Jones. The staff is always polite, the area is always clean, and the Dr. himself calls when an especially difficult procedure has been done to see how we're doing. Alright I would have to start by saying that the staff and dentist are very nice people. They made me feel very comfortable which is not easy to do when I have to see the dentist. However, I am not happy with the permanent cap that they put on my tooth. It was just a poor job. I feel bad to say this because they are nice people but they just could not fix it to my satisfaction.
A+ I became a patient of Dr. Jones after a dental emergency. He and his staff are all amazing, and I would recommend them to anyone! They are friendly, knowledgeable and genuinely care about their patients.

I looked up the BBB info on him to see if there was any truth, and there is no record of any complaints filed on him.
