Dr Castellano and his receptionist are GREAT! Very kind and attentive. I have had no problems getting appointments.
Tried well over a dozen times, over several days calling to get appointment, and each time get answering machine. Original appt was set in person at the Costco, and also cancelled in person. Both times there was an receptionist sitting at the front desk, not on the phone. Some of us work jobs where you can not receive phone calls, and not sit idly by waiting for a return call.
