Absolutely the best!!!
Called several times for an appointment, no answer and voicemail full so cannot leave a message. Stopped in while shopping at Costco, receptionist offered to check my insurance, they do not accept vision insurance through Blue Cross Blue Shield. Very surprised, never heard of anyone not working with BCBS.
I went to Dr. Castellano to have my prescription from another doctor checked since I was having trouble seeing with glasses I had made from that prescription. My experience with the first doctor wasn't good so I called Dr. Castellano. I can't say how happy I am with my decision. My new prescription is perfect. I am so relieved to have glasses that work for me. Dr. Castellano was so kind to me and very thorough. I will be back to see him whenever I need new glasses or feel I need a change. Dr.Castellano is now my favorite go-to optometrist in Wilmington. Always look forward to an appointment with him. He makes you feel very important to him. Brilliant with a super sense of humor. Very nice lady at front desk. Hope he stays at Costco many more years.
