Perry Homes builds beautiful, high-quality homes, and Ridgeline in McKinney has definitely been one of my favorite communities to explore. One of the biggest advantages is that there is no MUD or PID, which can mean significant long-term savings for homeowners. The Ridgeline community in McKinney, TX is so beautiful. We love that the amenities feature outdoor adventuring and natural spaces. Proximity to Erwin Park is a huge bonus and we are excited to explore all of the mountain bike and hiking trails next door! Perry Homes has been amazing.
