We bought a home through the best sales person ever, David Orr. David made the experience so much fun and zero pressure. Spent as much time with us as we needed, and more. He is very knowledgeable of the buying process and was so kind to drive us around to see brick options and to guide us to view other Perry homes throughout the metroplex.
We’re so glad we decided to purchase a Perry Home! From the moment we walked in, David Orr went above and beyond to make sure we felt confident in our decision and has been great with follow up. Emily at the design center and Randy Tapia have also been wonderful to work with. Our home isn’t completed yet, but so far we’ve been very impressed with the entire team and experience.
We’re at the very beginning of our build with Perry and our sales agent, David Orr, has been fantastic! We weren’t really ready to buy when we first came in, just curious about costs and lot availability. There was no pressure at all from David, just patience and great customer focus to get us all the information we asked for. Very disappointed in the overall build quality and workmanship. Multiple issues came up shortly after move-in that shouldn’t happen in a new home. The materials feel cheap, and the warranty process has been frustrating and slow. For the price paid, we expected much better.
We are just in the beginning of a construction process with Perry Homes and already ready to give 5 Stars review. Our Sales rep David is extremely patient with us who are not the easiest customers. He is very attentive and cooperative along the way. We cannot wait to have our new house built at the most desirable location! Will come back here in some time to provide another ,updated review upon the construction completion. .
