My wife and I recently closed on our Perry Home in Trinity Falls. From the start Jordan Brewer was extremely helpful and went out of his way to accommodate our questions, going as far as sending measurements for questions about refrigerator fit. We’re very happy with our decision to purchase a Perry Home. From our first online home search, David Orr was incredibly helpful and made sure we felt comfortable and informed throughout the process by providing us all the details we requested. His continued follow-up and positive attitude has also been greatly appreciated. Although our home is still under construction, our experience so far has been excellent. We’ve been very impressed with David Orr’s excellent communication, immediate response, and the overall process.

David was fantastic to work with. He took the time to walk us through all of our brick, paint, and exterior design options, explaining the differences so we could confidently choose exactly what we wanted. He has a great sense of humor and brought a fun, positive energy to every interaction, making the experience enjoyable. We really appreciated his attention to detail and would highly recommend working with him at Perry Homes.
