Very disappointed in the overall build quality and workmanship. Multiple issues came up shortly after move-in that shouldn’t happen in a new home. The materials feel cheap, and the warranty process has been frustrating and slow. For the price paid, we expected much better.
Our house is just 10 months old and water rushed in the house through the windows and Perry refuses to fix the windows stating the warranty does not cover damages caused by severe stroms. But what they don't tell you is Celina sees these types of stroms multiple times each year. I would like to hope they would build house that can sustain local Celina weather but evidently they don't. We loved our Perry sales person and still love our house design. Just making future buyers aware that they will try their best to not cover it... read more
Worst decision we have ever made with a home purchase to select Perry Homes. We have purchased multiple new homes and have never had the level of problems from the onset (immediately after moving in). Problem after problem. Poor workmanship. Slow resolution times. Outstanding work orders for repairs (they were aware of the items and at closing assured us they would be corrected). Still have an extensive punch list of items that they believe are acceptable yet other builders and trades dispute this. So much so that we have lo... read more
