It was an exceptional experience working with Egor Ushakov on the purchase. He was very responsive every stage of the way and made things happen. Great guy to work with for sure. Josh the construction manager and Matt the program manager have been awesome as well. Josh also has been very responsive and great to work with. Definitely enjoying the new home. Very disappointed in the overall build quality and workmanship. Multiple issues came up shortly after move-in that shouldn’t happen in a new home. The materials feel cheap, and the warranty process has been frustrating and slow. For the price paid, we expected much better.
