The quality of the craftsmanship is very poor. I witnessed contractors drinking on the job, and Perry Homes did nothing to address it when it was reported. The construction managers were either unresponsive, dismissive, or outright difficult to work with. I dealt with three different CMs, and each one was disappointing in their own way.
