I would strongly caution anyone considering purchasing a Perry Home. Over the past year and a half, I’ve dealt with extensive issues due to Perry Homes’ negligent construction practices, refusal to follow approved plans, and complete lack of accountability — despite repeated communication at all levels, including their VP of Construction. 🔧 Key Issues: Retaining Wall Drainage Blocked by Perry The original retaining wall was built with proper weep holes by the developer. This is our 5th home that we have purchased brand new and this was the most smooth process that we have experienced. Everyone was so kind and easy to work with. This includes Kerrie, Carson, Jerome and Jacob. We were so impressed how quickly they were on top of things to finalize the home for closing. We were also impressed with Perry's quality. I want to add a review about Carson as well. After moving in we had a couple minor things that came up. Carson not only took care of these things promptly but he also follows up Multiple times to check to make sure things were done. We couldn’t be happier with the customer service that Carson and the Perry homes team provide. This is the reason we chose Perry homes as the builder we wanted for our last purchase for a home. We had a very specific need for a floor plan that will accommodate my home quilting business. Amy helped us look at only the specific plans that would meet our needs.
