While there have been many disappointments with this builder i can confirm now that this is not a premium builder. We opened the patio door and due a sudden wind it opened a bit fast and hit the outside wall. I have never seen outdoor doors breaking open like this. CHEAP QUALITY MATERIALS AND LOW QUALITY BUILDER. I would recommend to stay away as the hvac coil also blew out in less than a year. We payed $750k for our home and this is what we got in return.
I had a very disappointing experience with Perry Homes' warranty service team. My 2-year warranty inspection report highlighted subpar masonry work throughout the house, so I submitted a warranty request. Rather than addressing the issue properly, they resorted to quick patchwork solutions, sending three different masonry teams on four separate occasions.
