My experience with this builder has been extremely disappointing. The home has had multiple issues, and the warranty department has repeatedly failed to honor the warranty they advertise. John Secrest schedules appointments to inspect the problems but never shows up and doesn’t even provide the courtesy of a call or message to reschedule. A new home should come with quality workmanship and a builder who stands behind their product. Unfortunately, that has not been my experience.
