My husband and I bought our first home at Lakewood Village with Perry Homes. We are extremely satisfied with the service provided by Perry throughout the process. Kris Napoli was our sales professional who helped us navigate from the beginning to the end. My experience with this builder’s warranty department has been extremely frustrating. The biggest issue has not been the repair itself, but the lack of accountability and transparency throughout the warranty process. Agreements and plans made during warranty discussions were later contradicted, or dismissed as “miscommunications” when concerns were raised.
