Rudeeeeeeeeee lady! Told us we are closed! ( Repeating and yelling from the other room) after we drove one hour and 30 mins to look at the home. Maybe lock the door. Or say Hello, Thank you for stopping by but at this time we are closed for renovations on a brand new home 🙄

Don't even waste your time. Folks working at this model home are not even welcoming or serviceable to current residents or potential referral clients. Won't even let a small child use their bathroom. As a "Model home" does not have "public bathroom". I'd definitely not give business to a company that treats folks and littles that way. Let alone refer them to any potential buyers I may know especially out of state future buyers. Glad I purchased my home with a different builder on the 60' lots.

I recently visited a Perry Homes property and had an amazing experience. The quality of the home, the layout, and the attention to detail really stood out to me. Everything felt well-designed and high-end. A huge shout-out to Bella for walking me through the home and answering every question I had. She was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and made the whole tour easy and enjoyable. If you’re looking at Perry Homes, definitely ask for Bella. She’ll take great care of you. Highly recommended!

Jubilee it’s such a beautiful project by Johnson’s development. They always do great work and we are looking to build there soon. Our Sales home counselor is Bella and has guided us with care and attention. My wife and I are looking forward to new neighbors.
