This is the type of work you get on a $400k new build, horrible quality work. The vent hood is not properly installed and not sealed correctly or fitted properly so it lets in critters and moisture so badly that water drips from our kitchen vent hood in high humidity or rain storms

I needed help in procedures on closing our home for 6 months. I could not reach anyone at our local M3 Ranch warranty department. So I tried contacting Corporate Headquarters. Interesting experience.
