Perry Homes has the best personnel! Some builders have salespeople that sell you their homes, Perry has salespeople that help YOU buy YOUR home. Zach and Kristen are simply the best. They took so much time to patiently show us homes, offer advice, information and tips with no commitment or appointment on our part. No telling how they would help you if they knew you were coming. I wanted to share my experience working with Kristen at the Perry Model Home in Evergreen. Kristen kept me informed throughout the entire process front start to close. She was knowledgeable and when I called she would answer. I not only had a great experience with her, but the entire Perry family at the Evergreen Community in Conroe was amazing. If you want a Perry Home and looking for a great community I would encourage you to go visit them.
Well designed and decorated model you’ll feel cozy in. Kristen answered all our questions and made us feel very welcome.
the model at evergreen is amazing. even better Kristen is one of the most patient and knowledgeable people I have ever encountered.
