Just closed on a house working with Alyssa from Elyson in the 55 lots! She was a joy to work with - really listened to our needs and kept us informed. She's a genuine sales rep to work with! Thanks again Alyssa. We love our new Perry Homes! PS - we worked with other builders in the community for our 1st purchase, the house was beautiful. The builder sales rep we went through was as horrible to deal with. You can't say that for Alyssa at Perry Homes!

We, me and my wife, visited Elyson several times, got a lot of help and information from the agent, Manny, a very warm gentleman. Mostly because of the size of the house available at the time, we did not buy a house in Elyson, but as one of our top three options, we really liked Elyson, it's amenities, green space, trials, and the potential when it's fully developed.
Megan was amazing and went above and beyond helping with our home purchase. As first time homebuyers we had a lot of questions and she was very patient with us. Her responses were always detailed and helped us understand what was going on every stage of the build process.
Megan is a great service agent. Nothing but professional pleasantness when working with here.
