This review is long overdue. I visited this property over a year ago and while I wasn't quite ready to purchase a home, I couldn't help but take note of Chris Ibezim's level of professionalism. He was patient, knowledgeable, and very kind. He took the time to walk me through all of my options. I loved that he didn't pressure me and gave me space to make a decision. I am preparing to jump back into the market and had to circle back and write this review. Perry Homes will certainly be on my list because of Chris.
This place is amazing 🤩 I absolutely love the set up, the decor.
Lisa Belk was very attentive and answered all of our questions during our new build process. I was stuck of some of the design option and Lisa was very patient during my moments of indecisiveness. She maintained consistent open communication and professionalism.
The home buying experience for my wife and I has been amazing. Lisa Belk is very attentive and answers all of our questions. We are excited to continue this process and move into our Perry Home.
