Extremely disappointed with Perry Homes and their so-called warranty process. I recently spoke with one of their warranty representatives regarding a chimney leak issue that multiple homeowners in our neighborhood have experienced. The flashing around the chimney was either improperly installed or not installed correctly at all, which has now caused exposed wood to rot out and water damage around the chimney and stucco. Went to their office at 2pm and they were closed. They were supposed to be open until 6pm. Tried calling their number and was hung up. Called back and the guy had a disrespectful attitude.
