I Visited Perry homes for their 70’ model grand opening in Audubon. What a great experience. The sales agents were so friendly and accommodating and very well versed in the product. Shout out to Susan and Santosh for being so welcoming. Perry homes is always an exceptional experience whether it be for my clients or for myself. If you haven’t visited their community in Audubon, do it NOW! it’s a must!
Dealing with issues since day one, I’ll never buy a Perry home again.
Garbage developer, amenities are 2 parks for $1850. They are not caring for this community as they should. They have sidewalks that end in construction tape. Dont waste your money. This place is NOT ready and the developer is NOT taking care of it.
