Our representative, Tray Vidaurri, took the time from the very beginning to clearly walk us through each step of the process, provided timely updates on costs and progress, and was proactive in getting everything ready for a smooth closing experience. Tray was great from the showing, contract writing and all the way to closing. If we were to purchase another Perry we would go to Tray first to help us. He truly does give “VIP” treatment to his clients/ customers.
Tray Vidaurri and Kathy were professional and easy to work with. They didn’t just make it a breeze but so much fun. We feel like we got a wonderful new house and wonderful new friends.
