Artavia is such a beautiful community with so much growth happening, and my buyers absolutely loved the lake and the cafe. It has such a welcoming feel and stands out from other communities. Alanna was so wonderful to work with throughout the process and always made things easy. She was quick to answer calls or emails, super helpful, and genuinely cared about making sure the buyer was taken care of. You can tell she truly cares about the owners!
The model was beautiful and the sales lady Judy Collins was amazing! She was very attentive to my needs and guided me in the right direction. I could not have asked for a better experience.
The Perry model home in Artavia is stunning! Jodie was helpful in answering questions too. A must see home!
