Poor craftsman ship, poor customer service , and people skills overall will never use Perry homes again . Let's start while building the home had to point out the window was I. The wrong location (In the closet not the bedroom ) construction manager didn't notice . 2x4 not level on the wall so sheet rock has a crease in it in a lot of areas project manager just had them spray extra texture on the wall to cover it up now wall has more texture than the other walls .
